Understand the value before explaining it

Partners do not need one fixed sales script. They need enough product knowledge to answer basic questions accurately and recognize when AlphaBlue should take over.

Why pay for a domain?

A custom domain gives the business a recognizable address, such as yourbusiness.com.

The payment keeps the registration active for another period. It is similar to renewing the right to use a specific address. The website design does not expire, but the domain can expire if registration is not renewed.

The business should remain the owner. AlphaBlue can manage setup and renewal without becoming the owner of the business identity.

Gmail is free. Why buy a mailbox?

A free Gmail account usually uses an address such as businessname@gmail.com.

A business mailbox uses the customer’s own domain, such as hello@yourbusiness.com. The annual service covers continued use of that address, the inbox, storage, administration, and mail delivery.

The customer does not have to buy a mailbox to own a website. It is a choice based on the image and working needs of the business.

Does hosting always create a yearly fee?

No.

Hosting means keeping the website available when people visit it. AlphaBlue includes standard website availability under the published fair-use policy. The customer does not need to buy the whole website again every year.

Other continuing capabilities can still renew separately. A domain, mailbox, form, self-managed content, or booking service each has its own ongoing job and renewal rule.

I already have Facebook

Facebook can continue attracting attention and supporting conversation. The website provides a stable business address, structured information, and an identity that can be shared across Facebook, LINE, Google, QR codes, and printed material.

The two channels are complementary.

Will a website rank first on Google?

No one should guarantee that.

A clear website gives Search and AI systems useful information to read. Ranking still depends on competition, relevance, authority, location, content, and factors outside AlphaBlue’s control.

Can the customer update the site later?

Yes, within the published capabilities.

Some content may be self-managed. Other changes may be included, handled as a continuing service, or quoted as new work. Updating business information is different from redesigning the site or adding a new system.

Why does a form renew?

A form is not only a visible box on a page. It continues receiving submissions, filtering spam, and delivering messages to the business. That ongoing function is why it can have an annual service.

When to ask AlphaBlue

Stop and request confirmation when a question involves:

• an unlisted feature or custom workflow;
• a discount, refund, or special payment arrangement;
• a guaranteed delivery date or business result;
• medical, legal, financial, or regulated claims;
• unusual traffic needs above the published fair-use policy;
• domain ownership, transfer, recovery, or a non-standard extension;
• any answer that the Partner is not confident is current.

Accuracy creates more trust than an immediate answer.
